M-draadmoer vir lugvaartonderdele

Die GLM-reeks balskroef is gemaak van 'n skroef en M-draad balmoer. Die funksie daarvan is om die roterende beweging in lineêre beweging te omskep, wat 'n toekomstige uitbreiding en ontwikkeling van die balskroef is. Die belangrikheid van die ontwikkeling is om van glyaksie na 'n rollende laer oor te skakel. Met min wrywing word balskroewe wyd gebruik in verskeie industriële toerusting en presisie-instrumente.

Die silindriese tipe met M-skroefdraad aan die moerpunt. Die moer moet met M-skroefdraad gemonteer word. Dit is geskik vir montering met silinders.

Die akkuraatheidsgraad van die GLM-reeks is gebaseer op C3 en C5 (JIS B 1192-3). Volgens die akkuraatheidsgraad is aksiale speling 0 (voorbelasting: C3) en 0.005 mm of minder (C5) beskikbaar.

GLM-reeks skroefas-skroefmateriaal S55C (induksieverharding), moermateriaal SCM415H (karburering en verharding), die oppervlakhardheid van die balskroefonderdeel is HRC58 of hoër.
